Thursday (12/5/13): I got home about 4:30 p.m. today. Started learning new things, how to get around, etc. Had to get help to get in. The driveway and ramp were icy and the garage frozen shut (where the ice melt is kept). Dick & Charlie got me in and then installed handles on the toilet. Adam came over to work on my wheel chair. Thanks guys.
I am officially taking visitors at home. Just realize that I might have ask you to leave when I get too tired. Call before you come. I might be gone on medical appointments. Those have already started.
My wife and I are sitting down resting and then hopefully get the first good night's rest since this all began.
